Not being sarcastic or a Dick, but that number seems low... you sure? Seems like there were a dozen in one year. If we are averaging 2.2 a year, that isn't so bad. Hell I had two MIP's at Iowa before I turned 21, finished in 4 years, 3.2 gpa in bus admin., worked 20 hours + a week all four...
