Some media sources have him in the Oregon camp and others aren't as concerned. Probably the only person that knows might be he and his family at this point ........and KP may not know for sure himself which this trip would seem to point to. Iowa simply needs to continue to recruit him hard...

I would also add that Proctor's future position coach (and OC?) at Iowa may not be around next season. Who you interact most with daily as a player could also be a factor. I don't see Oregon's staff subject to considerable change next season. By the way just compare Oregon's OL coach's...
