completely agree. Somewhere the offensive staff assumed guards would develop last spring or summer to the level of a big ten lineman and they didn’t. So whether that’s on recruiting and scouting or on coaching and development. We don’t know.

There are a bunch of great lower tier programs in Texas. He could be a great fit. He’s had 3 great years of coaching in IC. I predict he’s starting next year at a school like North Texas, texas state or UTSA.

Give Goodson a year more of developing and 15-20 lbs of muscle. Goodson has wadleys moves and is more physical. The guy will lower the shoulder in the open field and get 2-3 more yds.
