I think it'd be interesting if an AD went the Moneyball route with a football staff by trying to exploit market inefficiencies. Say you have $10M per year allocated for a staff. Instead of giving 70% of it to the head coach, maybe you scour the high school and D2/D3 ranks and find guys doing...
