I absolutely love this team. With a core of Garza, CJ, Joe and Jordan we are a top 10 team next year.

I’ll have some crow here.....Connor is solid. If he can continue to improve his shooting from beyond the arc that will make this team even harder to defend next year.

Do you think he’d put up those numbers against the Hawks? Just curious as I haven’t watched him play or any MVC this year.

Cupboard bare? Our O line recruiting has been really good recently. Miller, Endes, Britt, Jenkins, Ince. Some studs in 2020 class as well.

Couldn’t agree more. He’s huge for Garza’s success down low. Like Jordan, CJ has to be accounted for at all times.

We owe the Badgers a beat down. Win 2 of the next 3 and keep everyone healthy. This team is straight up fun to watch! Garza might be one of my favorite Hawks of all time.

Not only miss his shooting, but also his D and basketball IQ. He rarely makes bad decisions or turns the ball over. He can also create his own shot most of the time. The biggest thing is teams would pay for double and tripling Garza.

And defense. CJ has been an upgrade to Moss in many ways.

Solid passer as well. Can recall 2 great passes that we couldn’t finish. One being a huge bricked dunk by Kreiner.

Joe will be fine, but I’ve always thought the going pro after this year thing was silly. He has issues creating his own shot against average college guys. He would get smothered and shut down against the elite athletes in the NBA

Joe is the goods. When he gets more seasoned look out.

CJ has been pretty damn impressive in a lot of ways. Really good passer, not afraid to take someone off the dribble, plays really solid D, sees the floor well. Just a very cerebral guy. I would say we had a chance if he was down to Iowa and Rutgers. But there are better programs. And Fran.

That’s a number of serious recruiting failures if we’re saying Connor is one of our top 5 guys.

I mean I get it; I was just shocked at how absolutely terrible their D is. They made a pretty avg Clown offense look like the ‘95 Fuskers. Some of the worst fundamentals and tackling I’ve ever seen from a supposed top 10 team.

How can a top 10 team have a defense that terrible?
