NFL head coaching contracts are guaranteed. He makes $3.3 million per year now. He could likely get at least $2 million more per year in the pros over 4 or 5 years If he’s THE target of a team, especially the Bears, who need some positive press. So, over 5 years, that’s $25+ million compared...
