My son had enough credits to graduate after his junior year. He took HS courses in MS and college courses in HS. I’m not suggesting he was a genius. I’m guessing there were at least 40 kids in his class that could have done the same.

When I said elsewhere that Fran might surprise us all with a HS recruit this Spring this isn’t what I was thinking. It’s most definitely a surprise.

He was 6th man of the year in MVC IIRC. Is it possible he couldn’t figure out why he wasn’t starting until 2 starters went down with injuries? I’m certainly not saying this happened. There are just so many variables. The kid is like 20. Some kids have changed their major 5 times at 20.

I think his teammates really liked him. They were probably pretty confident he could/would score. But I don’t disagree with your tunnel vision observation.
