The starting QB(Rourke) they got from a MAC school. 9 transfers from James Madison followed Cignetti to Indiana, so I really don’t think the Indiana payroll is that deep. Hard to imagine that Indiana would pay a shit ton of money for a 63 year old Cignetti and a bunch of James Madison transfers.
