Connor should absolutely not start next season. Toussaint would be a significant upgrade and I like what I've seen from Ulis. Nunge should be healthy since it wasn't his ACL this time. I assume Wieskamp comes back. Toussaint with Ulis backing up Perkins with CJ backing up (or vice versa)...

I apologize for the negativity. I'm just incredibly disappointed and somewhat depressed that we are blowing our best shot at the sweet 16 in ages. I've turned the game off and am signing off here. It's better that way.

Joe W had at least a half dozen opportunities where he could have easily gotten off a 3 but he hesitated and the Oregon defender was able to man him up. If he wants to play in the NBA he needs to have confidence and shoot the damn ball.

Loyola isn't any more athletic than Iowa which makes it more frustrating how lazy Iowa can be on defense. I also don't understand why our guys don't stay home. Too many times yesterday their bigs would get the ball down low and one of our guards would go down and then the big would kick it back...

In addition to our questionable game time the refs are letting Illinois get absolutely mugged. Garza breathed on Cockburn and got called for a foul. Loyola is basically molesting him and there's only silence.
