I sure hope Fran is hitting the transfer market hard. We could use an experienced big guy and a good shooter.

I watched the whole game and was kind of shocked to see how few fouls were called on either team. There was a lot of contact from both teams and very few fouls called. Compare that to the men's refs where Garza breathes on someone and they have to go to the monitor for 10 minutes.

I wouldn't be shocked to see Niemann go in round 2 after those pro day numbers. His production in college was good and you combine that with his size, football IQ and awesome pro day numbers and his draft stock is skyrocketing.

I don't think his pro day hurt his draft stock. A 4.43 is solid for a WR. Comparing his 40 and Niemann's 40 doesn't really tell a team anything.

The Big 12 also only has one team left. The mighty ACC only has two teams left. The only power conference that really came to play was the Pac 12. I believe there are 11 conferences represented in the Sweet 16 which is insane.

I really, really wanted to make the Sweet 16 but at the end of the day we lost to a team that we were barely favored against. Also, it's becoming clear that the Pac 12 was underrated, and Oregon should probably have been a 5 seed. At least we didn't lose to Grand Canyon in the first round. THAT...

If Fran truly wants to win, which I believe he does, then there's zero reason to start CMac. He can't shoot or defend. He's not fast or particularly athletic. Basically he can pass and snag an occasional rebound. Guess what? We have 4 or 5 guys on the bench that can also do that but do it better.

Look on the bright side...we didn't get bounced in the first round as a 2 seed by a 15 seed or get bounced in the second round as a 1 seed by a 9 seed. Thank you Ohio State and Illinois for fucking up worse than we did to take some of the focus off.

Fortunately we have Fran locked up through 2040 so recruits will know he'll be around. (heavy sarcasm)

I appreciate Connor's contributions but he should pursue baseball only. I would much, much rather have Toussaint, Perkins, Ulis, Patrick, etc. playing instead of him.
