If the Vikings want extra pass protection (in a shotgun formation) they usually motion a TE into the backfield right behind one of the Guards as the 6th guy. Also, that was Patrick Willis. A lot of players are going to look bad trying to block him.

As a Vikings fan, the less Young sees the field the better (other than special teams). He doesn't have the speed to be a big play-maker on offense, but he is a solid system guy who won't make mistakes. Every team needs those guys to fill out the squad.

As a White Sox fan this is the most disappointed I've been in my 10 years of following the team. 4 games in a row that were they should have won and lost. If this is the reason they don't make the playoffs, they deserve that fate.

I'd prefer Minnesota and Purdue switch. That is only a 19 win difference. Keep 9 conference games but lose protected rivalries. Then you would play each team in the other division twice in 3 years.
