If Canzeri was healthy it would certainly be him. I do think it will be Bullock because he has not gotten hurt, done something stupid, etc. I really do think that Garmon will play a huge role though. If not by RB right away he will contribute in the return game for sure, especially kick returns... -

My thoughts on what should happen to Penn State
I bet there were several SMU players that had no involvment in recieving improper benefits back in 87 right? Punishments are never fair, and in this situation it really is too bad for the players. The NCAA HAS to come down hard on this institution, because technically they have been profiting...
