The coaches can't make 2 yard passes for him. He just can't get it done on the road. You can't defend it. He is too inconsistent and that does not = a good QB.
Go watch every offensive series and look at how many passes have been thrown behind receivers or over their head.
You can't be a "solid" QB, but play polar opposite on the road.
He also has a very good O-line and one of the best receiving groups in the country.
There is no way you can tell me that JVB has improved any since game 1 of the season.
He has ONE road win against Purdue where not even half of the stadium was filled.
Aaron Rodgers has the Packers undefeated and has the second worst defense in the NFL. Take your cluelessness to another thread. The offense relies on the QB for leadership and emotion and there clearly is none.
As positive as I like to be, If Nebraska scores here, the game is over. That being said, the offense can certainly turn it around make a game of it, but that's wishful thinking at this point. Defense could really turn it around here with a turnover.
I'm not saying JVB is a bad quarterback. He is actually a pretty decent quarterback especially for his first year starting in the B1G.....but it doesn't look like he has progressed hardly at all throughout the year. He looks just as uncomfortable in the pocket as he did since Iowa State...
