I think Gronowski was a fair choice in that he can run. And that messes things up for a defense. Give them some time to recruit the players they need to throw the ball more? So, I'm not complaining.

But I think we can also see why he was at SDSU and not somewhere else.

When is the last time a power 4 team not have a QB throw for 200 or more yards in a single game? We obviously haven’t had one all season and even that’s terrible for Iowa
