I wouldn't sweat the overall pass ranking. It seems to me that every year Iowa's M.O. is to take away the run and force teams to be one dimensional, i.e., beating us with the passing game. We are content to give up the underneath stuff, and that is why our passing defense "gives up" more yards...

I think this whole injury scenario with A-Rob, should serve as a reminder to other team members who would risk stepping out of line and potentially being caught by the authorities, e.g., Hampton getting into trouble and serving a suspension. I know Hampton will only be out for the EIU game...

I hate to pee in the Cheerios, but I will as I do not know much about Basabe. If he was recruited to Siena, then does that not imply that he is mid-major type talent. I don't know what other schools recruited him prior to his commitment to Siena. I am not backflipping over mid-major...
