I have absolutely zero inside information, but I'd guess after media day when they have gotten new pictures and video interviews from all the new assistant coaches.

Gazette photographer Brian Ray with some photos from the top of the north parking ramp. He tweeted that the back side of the video ribbon board would be the same as the back of the press box. I assume the white part is to be pulled off once installation is complete.

The game clock is situated above the video ribbon board. The rectangle in the middle is the game clock while the 2 squares to each side will display the play clock. I'm guessing this is to insure no fancy video stuff risks the game and play clock from showing. See the link for more detail...
