The gloves are the reason why I use it as my avatar. If you look at it...when you put the two hands together it forms a Tigerhawk. I think they are called Nike Combat gloves and other teams have them as well and usually when you put the hands together like that it forms some sort of symbol.
In the old days I believe that putting your hands together like that was a symbol of a National Black Fraternity that guys like Shaquille O'Neal and Larry Johnson (Penn State running back) were a part of so you'd see it frequently by members of that fraternity after they'd make a big play.
