Cayman Islands TV Schedule

King Kong
Disappointing, but it looks like the Cayman Islands tournament will only be streaming online. They sent out this tweet a few hours ago:

I don't know what the hell flohoops is, but when I created an account it looks like its going to be $30 for one month of access?!?!

College Sports Live seems to be some sort of CBS affiliate...maybe CBS' version of BTN Plus? That's my guess anyway. It advertises being as low as $10 a month, but when you go to select your school, Iowa isn't an option to select. Might have to wait until closer to the tournament.

If these end up being our only shitty options, maybe I'll just take $1 donations and livestream it for everyone ;)

Well I know that FloHoops will have it. The nice thing about Flohoops is they give you access to BTN+ as well. I watched the 2nd half of the MSU exhibition last night and it has the Iowa exhibition tonight.

Does anyone know if the @watchcsi app give you access to BTN? I'm guessing at $9.99 it doesn't, but I don't know for sure.

I've read some random good reviews about FloHoops...but if its really $30 to watch 3 games people are going to be pretty pissed.

I'll still pay it but I'll complain the whole time ;)

It should also be mentioned that Iowa's first Cayman Islands game vs Louisiana is at 11am on a Monday. If they win, game 2 is at 2:30pm on Tuesday.

Not exactly a work friendly schedule

It isn’t just for 3 games. You get all the BTN+ games as well. I think that is 5 games for BTN this month and the 3 Caymen Island games as well.

exactly - if you get Flohoops - 1. you will get 5 games, 3 Caymen games - so 8 games. What I don't think I will get is the Dec 29th game with N. IL. Which sucks, but who knows, maybe it will still work? Also, I found out that they archive games as well. So, for those who work or can't see a game, you should be able to watch it after the fact.

I think you are right. I will cancel my FloHoops the day after the Caymen Islands last game. That will be one month of payment to them.

I will either get one month of BTN+ for $9.99 to get the N Ill. Game or I will just go to that game actually.

Through Flohoops (I did some research after Dean mentioned it yesterday)

You will get
William Jewel Exb Tonight BTN+
Belmont Abbey Exh 11/2 BTN+
Chicago State 11/10 BTN +
Alabama State 11/12 BTN+
Grambling State 11/16 BTN +
Cayman Island Game 1 Nov 20th
Cayman Island Game 2 Nov 21st
Cayman Island Game 3 Nov 22nd

All other games are televised except the Dec 29th game against N Il - which is BTN +

I'll take my chances finding a stream with Kodi.

That's just it... like tonight - I can't watch. I have a gig...but tomorrow I am gonna lay around the house and watch it before the football game at my own convenience. Will probably be the same for the Cayman games. It's worth $30 to me...hell, I'd probably pay more, but that's just me.

I stream pretty much everything but that won't work for me with about half of these games because of work schedules. I won't be able to watch tonight so I think I will pay for a month of Flo so I can watch the archived games. I'll check back with you all to make sure there is access to archived games first though.

Well, not that it's a lot of $, but I'd basically be paying an extra $20 to be able to watch the Cayman games. Besides, maybe I'll want to see those games in person.

Deano, do you know if it works the other way? I just purchased BTN+ to watch the early hoops non con games and some wrestling meets.

So does FloHoops give you access to Btn2go? Or would you view BTN+ games through the flohoops website?

Does my question make sense?

Mo, I believe BTN2go is available to anyone that pays for the BTN channel via their cable or dish provider. BTN+ is a pay feature even if you pay for the BTN network channel. I'd guess BTN2go would not be available via flohoops, but i don't know that for certain.
