Face it, guys, Iowa has no answer to guys like Alex Olah and Dave Sobolewski. And Collins is going to be better than Coach K and Phil Jackson when it's all said and done.

I do like Collins as a coach. It is very hard to win at Northwestern with that high school gym....but they found a way today against an Iowa team that simply did not play very hard at all

Seeing that you're now a Wilcats fan, I thought you'd be more optimistic about your team against the hated local rival. Young Collins has got it going, it seems to me. He has a good class of young players. This is not the typical Northwestern team; they've got talent. They'll be a tough matchup for Iowa and for Illinois going forward. Sheet, they're already a tough matchup for Fran, what am I saying?

I honestly think Northwestern may actually make the tournament (the real one, not the NIT) before Iowa makes its next appearance unless Iowa has a miracle this year and slides in. Collins has a very good freshman class and that team is young, which is why they have gotten trucked so many times, but give them two years and they'll be a top half of the Big Ten team. I suspect that when you guys lose stars White, Olaseni and Oglesby, you'll be in big trouble.
You're right. There is a 0% chance we win at Illinois this year. We won't win at Rutgers or MSU either. Don't even get me started on our chances of winning at Maryland.

I have given numerous thumbs ups but the tracker never seems to count them. I have never given a thumbs down. I actually quit posting for some time due to the thumbs down system and the high number of thumbs down two posters kept giving me.
