Wisky's B1G West hopes just took a hit....

Am I the only one who no longer takes Nebraska seriously? Wisconsin, Iowa and NW will take the west before Nebraska does, they just are not tough enough to make it through an entire Big 10 season.

I hadn't thought of it that way, but you are right. I think Wisconsin wins the west, and if not them then Northwestern or Iowa has a surprise year.

Yea i used to feel bad about guys getting hurt then i remembered....i dont care. Callous sure. Mean absolutely. I dont care. You ever watch a war movie and feel bad for the guy trying to kill Americans? I dont. Go hawks!

Don't forget they brought in a high energy Iowa guy(Diaco) to pump them up. Hopefully it won't work and they retain the soft character of their head coach.

It's official, you are uninformed. Luckily you're on a board where goose-stepping Deano has been able to use hypnosis to create many others as "challenged" as you.

They also won 3 National Championships in the 90's, don't forget, don't ever forget.

Last couple years though, does support his opinion, which he can have. F nebby.

The first three years support my hypothesis, (Wisconsin, Iowa, NW) Wisconsin wasn't in the West. No where did I say that Iowa was the better program. I did infer that in any given year; Wisconsin, Iowa, or NW will win the west. Nebraska was shellacked by Wisconsin, what 70 something to 10 in the Big 10 championship. Nebraska gets the skill players, but no longer has the lines to compete through an entire Big 10 season. Until their recruiting strategy changes they are a second tier Big 10 team and Wisconsin and Iowa and NW, and maybe even Minnesota will keep them from winning the West. They are a PAC12/Big 12 team.

They will miss Cichy's leadership but they always seem to be deep at LB and will fill that hole quickly.

Lol, JoshBrown there aree so many facts wrong in that post. I will just focus on a couple.

2013 - Iowa and Neb finished tied for 2nd in the Big Ten Legends Division behind MSU. Iowa beat Neb head to head, winning the tie breaker. Iowa went to the better bowl than Nebraska. Wisc finished 2nd in the Leaders Division and went to a better bowl than both Iowa and Neb.

2016
