Welch appreciation thread

He is great and will miss him next year. Think we might have gotten another W in the win column with him on the field when he was hurt. Tough as nails and nose for the ball, another great game.

Welch made a huge difference in the middle, and will be missed greatly.

He will be missed. Really hoping doyle or another can become that next Morris, Jewell, Welsh type guy... it's such an important piece.

Like with TE, DB, safety, it seems like someone develops or emerges. We need that...
