Big Ten released a statement saying a WMU player was out of bounds and then touched the ball with 1 second left.

In the disputed play in the WMU-Michigan game, the clock shown on NBC was, apparently, not in sync with the actual game clock that officials in the Big Ten replay center used, per a video the league distributed.
