Good for them. No one outside of Collin Cowturd and Tech thinks this is a good thing for a variety of reasons. Setting aside the gambling side of this whole thing (which should be sacrosanct), it is just BS that eligibility should be decided on a case by case basis by a home town, retired judge. And, it is one thing if the kid sues and tries to get eligible. No one can control that. But, member instituions do control what they do. Here, Tech sent him to rehab, there, for the first time, he all of a sudden had a disease and not just enjoyed gambling, and then Tech supports the suit. Everyone needs to do their part to reverse this through pressure tactics. F@ck Tech. Start cancelling contracts and let them scrimmage themselves all year.Now a whole lotta schools ADs are coming out saying they are taking TT off their schedules for all sports not just football... Boy oh boy this could get interesting depending on how serious and how many schools get involved. Pull up a chair the drama isn't done yet
