Is there still a BIG TEN SEC series as well to be played this year?? Looks like another Fla. game as Alabama went BIG in the NIL...
Kudos. Always said Fran needed to play the schedule of what you want to become or get to. Easy enough to be 11-1 each year. Doesn't make you a good tourney team and so many times they started slow in the conference since they needed to learn to step up from the early season softness and they had to learn lessons in conference that they could have been learning earlier in non-conference games.
Bama is rated early by some of the scribes as either a top 10 team at 7 or 8 in the nation or down by 19 or 20.

It's not ideal to have two neutral site games like this in the same place, but both are in Iowa. I love that Ben is willing to schedule aggressively. Steel hardens steel. Izzo has been scheduling like this for a couple decades.

Scheduling a Top 10 non-con is a win regardless of result. Its at least a quality loss where your team gets better through the competition, but its a massive resume boost if you pull off a win.
