Does anybody know if Cody Swim from Indianola or Brandon Jones from West Des Moines Valley have been picked up for next year? They both seem to have quite a bit of talent but haven't heard anything about them for college.

Brandon Jones is headed to Iowa State and should be alright but probably not great. I don't really think that Cody Swim is a D1 wrestler, IMHO. He is talented but I think that he'd be better suited at the D3 level.

I guess I am a little biased on Brandon Jones because I wrestled in the same kids program with him for a few years and he seemed like a good kid and always worked hard. I haven't seen Swim wrestle at all this year but he putting up a lot of wins this year.

Didn't Jones beat the kid from Minnesota last year? (devos or something?)

I remember watching Jones win a big match over someone in the championship last year.
