Now what was my interest in Women's professional basketball............... hmmmm???

The NBA, Olympics and college should have raised the rim to 11-ft 50 years ago. Another one of those rules that should have been changed a long time ago.
I'm a huge advocate of rules that make sports more exciting.

No goalies in soccer or hockey.

Elam ending in college basketball.

Eliminate PATs in football.

NASCAR should be 32 cars qualifying, race should be 4 heats of 8 cars, 20 laps each. Top 4 in each heat move on in a tournament bracket until a final heat of four which is a 50 lap race starting with enough fuel to finish 30 laps.

I have my own list for just about every sport.

Basketball teams should always get the ball back after they shoot a free throw. This should reduce fouling in last 2 minutes.

An alternative way to reduce fouling in last 2 minutes is that once the clock runs out, the team that is ahead needs to score one more time before they are declared the winner. Of course this could eliminate buzzer beaters to win the game so this idea is not my favorite.

No more team timeouts or TV timeouts in football or basketball. If that is unacceptable, then you get 1 timeout per quarter. Use it or lose it.
On TV, they can show the commercial and the quickly show replays until TV catches up to live action. You wan to see every single play live? You can pay extra to see that.

Goalies should not be allowed to use their hands in soccer

Soccer goals should be wider. Should be about 10 goals total in each game.

In football first team that scores gets an additional half point. That way as long as somebody scores at least once, the game can not end in a tie. No need for overtime.

Oh I could go on and on...
