That's what happens when you hire guys like that... He was never going to be long in the tooth for staying at Iowa too long. Timing seems a little odd atm woulda thought most of the coaching job hires had been done already. Some of these new HCs are taking their sweet time putting their staffs together I guess.

Albert Young would be my first call to replace him...

Exactly.. If guys like Lester, and Parker were to leave that'd not be good. Position coaches can be a revolving door and it not matter so much. We've been more fortunate then most to have had continuity as much as they have. But losing a RB coach that we had for just 1 yr isn't a big deal at all. KF will have more resumes to sift through than he has time to read for it.
