After watching what Cig did at Indiana, I would not bet against any program that has a good coach and believes in its system. NDSU has given us a few scares over the years. Good program.
Interesting story, the former Nebraska AD is coming out with a book. One of the topics in it is that he explored the possibility of Nebraska going back to the Big 12. They eventually thought better of it (due the $$) and it must not have come out publicly at the time. Kind of shows you where their minds were and probably still are. Poor Nebraska!I can't help but wonder when will Nebraska join them in the MWC.

Former Iowa AD Gary Barta? No idea. I just assumed he retired and is not currently working. But I have no knowledge one way or another. Is this where Barta landed? Of all the strange conference moves, this one may be the worst.

I saw that, and here I was all excited to go buy the book and read some dirt. But looking around I see that it's 697 pages with only two short chapters about nebraska.Interesting story, the former Nebraska AD is coming out with a book. Yes, which is why I made my suggestion. Big 12 is now probably too tough for them, if they head to the MWC perhaps they can rekindle their glory years.Interesting story, the former Nebraska AD is coming out with a book. The former AD's story about going back to the B12 was hilarious, he even went as far as to meet with the B12 commissioner so it sounded like a real possibility.
It's funny, Nebraska was brought to the Big Ten to give the football TV ratings a boost, now I think having Nebraska in the conference is a net loss. So if Nebraska ever wants to leave I don't think anyone would really care, without football they add no value.
