Interesting stat from Chad Leistikow of the Register:

When Folgueiras scores more than eight points in a game, Iowa’s record is 12-1.

When he scores eight or less, Iowa is 9-11.

We need him to show up in this tournament.

We are favored by 2.5 and Clemson beat two not so highly ranked teams. Think we got a good draw. A beatable team and then Florida will make it easy for the $$$ people to see that we need to shell out to get both the rebounders with good height in here and guards like those two guards transfers that came along nicely

At least they are a lower 1 seed but not a good match up at all. There might be a plan to beating them like Vandy did. They got out rebounded 38-23 but turned them over, kept the TO's down, hit most of their FT's and outshot them including make twice as many threes 10 to 5. Though the game was in Nashville so they had that helping them. Rain the threes to counter the size.
