NCAA approves 35 bowl games for next four years - ESPN

New York Pinstripe Bowl is Big East #3 vs Big 12 #6
Dallas Football Classic is Big 10 #6 vs Big 12 #7

Do you really think that the Big12 will have 7 teams meet the criteria to be bowl eligible? Didn't the Big10 already have a commitment for our #6 team - I'm thinking Detroit or something along those lines.

No, the Pizza Bowl is still getting the #7 and might end up #8 if the Texas Bowl is still on board. I thought the Texas Bowl was supposed to be getting the #6 and that this new Dallas Classic would get the #7/8.

Considering the B10 has filled the Pizza Bowl (formerly Motor City) only 2 of the past 7 years. One has to think to line up all these bowls for the next 4 years that expansion has to be right around the corner. Otherwise the B10 would struggle to get 8 qualified every year especially the years the B10 gets 2 into the BCS bowls.
