I didn't think that would be possible two weeks ago. I thought 5 tops.

And they could get 7 in if Penn State beats MSU.

The winner of Michigan/Illinois has to be in so Michigan S/B safe. Illinois has underwhelmed, are they safe?
Is PSU in if they beat MSU or do they need to win it all? One more may be enough.
MSU will be given every benefit by the committee and they should.

I was rooting hard for NW y'day. Had they won that one I think they could have won it all with Wisconsin and PU sidelined.

Indiana's win v Minny sure looked good 5 weeks ago. Minny's win against us may be their only one in their last 10 or 11. I think had we gotten Wisconsin we would have won that one too. Momentum is everything.
 
OSU, Wisky, PU are locks.

MSU got in with the win over Iowa and cemented with the Purdue beatdown.

Illinois is in even though they lost 1st round - quality wins over Maryland, Zags, N. Carolina, Wisc, MSU, Mich. Went 4-6 in last 10, so that hurts, but their RPI/Pomeroy is too good and their SOS is great.

UM is 7-3 in their last 10 (losses were on road to OSU, at Illinois, and a 1 pt loss to Wisc). Quality wins over Clemson, MSU, Illinois. Their QWs aren't as impressive, but have the RPI.Pom to be good enough.

Those are the six I see.

PSU will be hard to leave out if they win today...

This is who I've got from teh Big10

fOSU - #1 overall regardless of outcome of this game
Purdue - probably a 4 seed
Wisky - 5 seed
Michigan - 10 seed
MSU - 11 seed
PSU - 11 seed

I don't think there is enough room for Illinois with Georgia probably surprising a few people by making the tournament. PSU played their way in and Illinois played their way out.
 
The BTT basically worked out as well as Jim Delaney could have possibly dreamed.

Ohio State gets to the title game, which probably locks them into the #1 overall seed.

Illinois, Purdue and Wisconsin already have their bids locked up, so early losses only hurt their seed.

Michigan and Michigan State get wins to firm up their resumes.

Penn State goes from barely being on the bubble to being a sure thing.

Now they won't even have to use Gene Smith to rig the selection committee. Everyone wins!

I hate illannoy and I hope they are left out of the field of 68. They suck.
 
I think there are several Illinois fans that would like to miss the tourney in order to get rid of Weber. They have turned on him.

BTW- How would you like to play MSU as an 11 seed? Good luck #6. I'll pick MSU to play at least 3 games in the tourney.
