I think what we see on the field is the Lickliter equivalent of football. The only difference is 70k people show up to watch it every saturday where no one showed up to watch Lickliter Ball. I was asking myself Saturday why I spend my hard earned money on this, a question I will have to really consider after the season. I could spend less money watching paint dry and get about the same entertainment value. I can handle losses, what I can't handle is total confusion and disorganization on the highly paid coaching staff such as calling timeouts on extra points and not sending out the place kicker in time. It's a mess.
