John Candy died when I was a freshman in high school so I really only knew of him from the movies but this documentary goes deep into the person he was. On of the best documentaries I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend and worth the watch. It’s free on prime.

I thought it was done very, very well. But that pain you see in his eyes every time an interviewer brought up his weight haunts me.
