iowa vs isu

pin2win

@hagertony
with isu never beating iowa at the national duals is there a chance the hawks can be upset?? finals start in 2 1/2 hours

can't wait for round three of mcd vs long....midlands was a great match

mstar seems to be wrestling great and hope he can pull off a W

Will this be online at all?

Dan Dennis is out at 133 today
Chad Beatty is out at 194
Dan Erekson is out at HWT

ISU is missing Gallick at 141 today

We're an hour out... here's what I see:
125 - McD has a SLIGHT edge but this will be a tough one
133 - Fanthorpe is favored over Nate Moore
141 - Marion should be favored over whoever ISU runs but Marion is really up and down.
149 - Metcalf will destroy Mueller
157 - Janssen is wrestling well but should be a slight dog
165 - Morningstar and Reader is a tossup, all of their matches go down to a single point
174 - Borschel owns Duke Burk
184 - Keddy SHOULD be Ward but can't seem to beat him lately
197 - Varner will destory Lofthouse... have to hope to stay away from a pin
HWT - Hopefully Jordan Johnson goes, but either way Zabriskie should win this match

ISU favored in 3
IA favored in 2 or 3
The rest are tossups.
If we had Dennis, Slaton, Beatty and Erekson it wouldn't be close... but it's more important to have those guys for Nationals.

That being said, I hope we kick their ***** anyway.

I've been flipping back and forth between the AFC wild card and the wrestling. It seems both the Hawks and Clones are on a collision course, beating Minnesota and tOSU, resptectively.

BTW, the Pizza Hut I work for had a big order for after tOSU's first dual match for 20 Tuscani Pastas with Meaty Marinara, but they wanted half of the normal sauce we put on it. Had I known how good tOSU was, and had I the access to it, I could've put some dihurettic in the sauce to keep them out of the semis. But then again, that'd be dishonest. ;-)

Varner is such a tool. We need Beatty back by March!

As Gable said "clapping to the Iowa Coaching Staff......makes him pretty tough!"

DId not see what Metcalf did, but Varner showed signs of his lack of class once again.

157 Jansen wins
165 M* wins by 1
174 Jaybo Major
184 Ward beats Keddy in OT
197 Varner wins a boring decision

Not sure on the lighter weights. Just started at 165.

19-6 Hawks lead with two matches to go.

Matcalf gave the shake the dice gesture, i dont not think it was what others have claimed.

Anybody know what the coaches were fighting about in the middle of the meet? I saw tom over yelling at ISU's coaches and terry having to pull him away.
