Iowa/NIU game thread

[Garandx]

Looks like a good game

Oregon isnt very good right now. Surprising.

Shit- have had two posts that haven’t gone through. Either my phone is sluggish or something is wonky

Blasted Gremlins

[BigD]

Defense looks great as usual first half. Thus far Brown looks sharper at QB, but Heck had some passes that should have been caught, but were dropped by the Iowa receivers. We will see how the second half goes.

Why are all of Hank’s throws high?

Operator error

Running back situation is concerning with potential injuries.

Love that jump ball throw to Diaz at the pylon.

Don't throw it three yards out of bounds. Throw it up there and give you receiver a chance chance to make an athletic play.

Gotta say, Hanks has had quite a few awful throws.

AIRBHG part 2?

Yeah. I think the problem is that both him and Hecklinski are exactly the same level of mediocre. Ive had bad vibes all off season

Too bad we won’t see the freshman QB today. Sullivan might get snaps in the 4th quarter

[BigD]

Don't believe we are going to get into the bag of tricks this game

Hawks are a bit bloodthirsty this game

I am hoping it carries over to next week. ISU’s Super Bowl in next week.

[Dadman]

Rusty. Jitters, whatever. Still up 33-0, and defense is great

[BigD]

AIRBHG part 2?

I certainly hope not. Iowa will need every started to stay healthy.

[BigD]

Big Ten crushing it this week, except for Rutgers.

Rutgers should be removed from the conference

[Northside Hawk]

And you absolutely should. Worth noting, my lack of posting the last few months has nothing to do with my fandom. They switched firewalls at work and 90% of the time I simply can't get on during free time at work and don't have the time off the clock, but damn it I missed this place. Hope I'm able to stay around all season.

I've been relatively incognito this summer but be.ieve me it's had nothing to do with firewalls. I've been on the golf course, at concerts, music festivals, local clubs, empty nesting, curling 12 ounce busch lights, blue moons, spotted cows, showing Nashville who was boss, Casey's pizza,, Culver's ice cream,, and watching Cubs relief pitchers give up too many home runs.

But here I am, for better or worse.

[Dadman]

Big Ten crushing it this week,

Yeah, they suck. And Oregon is either over rated or Boise State is that good…….
