bad for the players. Now they will have to travel on T-day and be ready for the game instead of being able to go eat at other players homes on T-day then travel on black friday. this is dumb.

Just think if they then get drafted by the Lions or Cowboys, they might not get a proper Thanksgiving for years! Oh the horror!
Or this way they can eat on Sat and have the whole weekend to relax, before getting ready for the B10 title game the following week of course.

Why not do the game ON Thanksgiving? It would be a great game opposite of Texas v Texas A&M. It would certainly be a better game than the BS that the NFL puts out there every year.
