We have Gersonde but no one knows what he can do since the coaches prefer 30 yard punts.

Even if he isn’t as accurate as Duncan, I think this might help in those “hidden yards” because the Kick coverage squads have been so good these last 2 years. I think maybe the staff will be looking at him as a kick-off specialist and let Duncan and Shudak battle it out for FG inside 45 yards or so. Anything > 45 yards might be an option for the new guy.
