Hawkeyes 2009 Big 10 Champions ??

I don't know if this has been mentioned on sports talk shows or any other, but, If Ohio St is forced to take away wins in the past few years, does this mean Iowa would be recognized as the 2009 Big 10 champs?

I know it doesn't mean much & would only be on paper. A team really wants to win it on the field. I was just wondering.

If that were the case they would only take the title away from OSU, not give it to another team.
