For those mentioning UCLA and Cezar - not happening

Can't wait til Parker hits a buzzer beater to win a game for the Bruins, just so the play by play guy can say, "De' End"...

That is a good development,as I do think UCLA would have been tough to beat out for Cezar, being an LA recruit.

The odds are always going to be against Iowa in drawing a recruit from the west coast, but it would help a lot if no west coast school is in the mix.

Too bad it seems like the weather is going to be crappy this weekend in the midwest.
It was probably very spring-like in Oklahoma when he visited OK St and OK...

Iowa really is in about the worst position of any BCS school in terms of,climate, and talent in state, when you think about it. Even Wisky and Minny have talent-generating urban areas in their states. KU has a better climate. It is no wonder that Iowa has struggled in bb. Fran truly has to be a ''White Magic'' magician to overcome the natural hurdles at Iowa.

This helps our chances and that is all we can ask for. It also pretty much locks up that this will be his last official visit. Hopefully we can make a huge impression on him this weekend.

The weather is a big deal. We love IC, but will never live there again because of the weather. But our case is different because the wife has a circulatory problem.

IC could really benefit from a full-sized indoor waterpark. Just get these recruits in there and walk em around and say no matter how cold it is outside you can still walk around in 75 degree weather.

Let the athletes work as life guards etc off-season and have yearly passes be one if the percs.
