Going anywhere in the Big 10 is tough because of Big 10 transfer rules. Don't think he can qualify for a scholarship for two years. Besides, I would be surprised if Iowa would release him and allow him to go to Wusconsin.

I think he might go to ISU or Ames before any Big 10 school, but that is just a guess.
