Nebraska beat them 52-17 last yr. They went 8-4 with losses against Eastern MI, UNLV and NM also… He’s built like Ben Rothlisburger. He’s a big strong armed kid. If he was a Cam Newton type or athletic little guy like Antwan Randel-El was I’d be worried. But he’s not. Our front should be able to push pocket into him and force him to throw it before he gets set more often than not. This game will be dependent on how our front 7 do on D and obviously our running game.

There's something I learned living in Colorado for 15 years. The Denver Post horribly exaggerates any college team west of Nebraska. There is an inferiority complex with Mountain football...and the fact they don't really pay attention to college pigskin as the Broncos get 98% of the coverage. I'm sure WY will be a good team and probably too good for game #1. But I view this in the same vein as NDSU last season. It's at home...it's a non-con...you win those...period.
