New OC for the Ravens. He spent a single year in that spot for the Bears, but I don't follow the Bears enough to know if he sucked or if the fans and players liked him.

Is he a legit coach or just an OC flash in the pan and one of those guys who's going to move to a different town every year as a low-level assistant?

Did some googlizing, looks like Dillon is with the Colts in a minimum wage staff gig and Donovan is a VP of a bank in Kansas City. Didn't know he was an isu grad. #pukeemoji

Declan worked under Ben Johnson last year which had to help. Whether he can continue an upward trajectory under a defensive head coach remains to be seen. I think he is pretty highly thought of though.

And willingly made the move to another OC position after one year.

I was under the impression that Ben Johnson called the plays for the Bears and Declan Doyle played more the role of offensive analyst even though he officially was the Bears OC.. No idea if Doyle will be calling plays for the Ravens.

If your head coach is a former defensive coordinator, he has to be calling plays in Baltimore.
