Was surprised how high they rated Iowa v USC, better than Michigan 'Bama? The rest of the list looks decent

Well, they are the highest bowl picked besides the playoff bowls and the 6 pack bowls. That's saying something.

It's basically almost like just a prestige order of the games. Penn State - Memphis is not a good game. UVA-UF is not a good game. Georgia-Baylor might be okay. They could probably move 7-9 up to 4-6.

'Braska is sitting it out so Frost can recruit. Better to build now to prepare for their 15-0 run next year rather than going to a bowl this year, maybe get to 7-6 (assuming they had won one more game to be bowl eligible), and then have that take Frost's focus away from prepping for next season and risk losing a game to finish 14-1.
