This is not a minor thing.
I think I have a pretty good indication that Tom was told to make a change and this wasn't just BT deciding he didn't want to coach anymore. He was only making $50K so that's part of it no doubt, but you don't just replace a Bobby Telford with a guy like Nickal out of nowhere.
If I had to crystal ball this thing, my bet would be Tom and Terry retiring after the next Olympic cycle and Iowa throwing a cargo freighter of money at Kyle Dake. They aren't getting fired. They will be 60 years old after the next Olympics are done.
