In the top bracket, Ohio State and Michigan win and meet in the semis. Michigan upsets OSU and goes to the finals.
In the lower bracket, Iowa makes it 2 out of 3 over MSU, then does the encore over Purdue. Meanwhile, PSU upsets Wisconsin sending Iowa and PSU to the semis, where Iowa nips PSU to advance to the finals vs. Michigan.
Yes, Iowa-Michigan for the Big Ten Tourney title. And that's how it could happen. Who wins that one?
How do the Hawks keep winning? Maybe Gatens launches into a hot streak off his success against Purdue. Maybe Eric May uses his contributions against Purdue to finally find himself. Maybe Devon Archie continues to provide an inside presence and some stout defense. Maybe McCabe and Brommer continue to toss in a bucket now and then and keep playing hard.
Maybe Cartwright continues his assist assault and dribble penetration. Maybe Basabe consistently plays like a seasoned sophomore. And maybe Cole convinces his teammates that his Hawkeye career needs to continue.
