Another season ticket question

I am a first timer and applied for tickets. I applied for tickets in the required donation area hoping that would get me somewhere. I also put in for the payment plan. Question is I just got my credit card statement with the first charge for tickets. Does mean I will get my tickets or if I dont get them, they will just re-imburse me? Id rather not pay off my bill then have a negative credit card balance. Any thoughts? The Ticket Office is closed by now so besides calling on monday, which i will do, anyone have any insight?

I e-mailed the ticket office and they responded that they charge everyone's card for the initial processing of the order........if you do not get tickets then they will refund you back the $$$........if you do get tickets then they will process the card for the rest of the payments, but they may not necessarily tell you that.......so if you see another charge it's a good thing, if you see a refund it's a bad thing.
