I don't think we have a giant billionaire type like that you would have heard of. Bill Kraus founded Kum and Go and yes, gave a lot, but that dude didn't have Cuban money. I think it is more of a compilation of a lot of incredibly wealthy farmers, ag guys, business owners. The closest comparison is what, Ashtun Kutcher, but that dude is worth a couple hundred mil and I don't know that he is an athletic booster of note.
As others have mentioned in other posts, Cuban sort of jumped on the Cig bandwagon, but wasn't a driving force behind Indiana's NIL success. Indiana has one of the best business schools in the country and has produced a lot of executives and business owners over the decades.
