10 suggestions to fix college football

I think since expansion of the playoffs seems inevitable I just hope it goes to 16 and stays there. Don't go to 24...

I'm perfectly good with 12 I thought this yr was great. You stretch it out a lot more and I wouldn't be a fan. If it does blow up to 24 then that'll all but destroy the lower bowl games as we know it. They'd be hard pressed to keep the others going I would think.

6 yrs to play 4. Accounts for a major injury and RS season tacked onto a RS yr. Can play up to 5 games and still hold onto RS but only for their first yr on campus. Age cap at 24 can't turn 25 during any point of season. Can transfer once without penalty do it a 2nd time and you have to sit out a yr and lose the yr of eligibility. That'd hopefully slow down the excessiveness of it.

Play the NC outdoors in the North rotationally.
Whenever I suggest such heresy here in SEC country, I'm told playing in the North would be 'unfair' to the SEC and other teams who are not accustomed to such conditions.
Conveniently overlooking the hypocrisy that always playing in a warm climate with semi-ideal conditions, or indoors, favors the Southern and West Coast teams.

Yes and No. A little cold is one thing, but playing in 10 degree weather or a big snow storm really compromises the game.

Your 6 years to play 4, with an age cap of 24, doesn't jive. Many boys don't graduate from h.s. until they are 19 these days.
