He averaged 14 points, 7 boards and 3 blocks per game as a sophomore. He stands 7 feet tall and weighs 235 pounds. He'd have to sit a year but would be a great addition and could start right away for Iowa after Garza graduates. @RobHowe any idea if Fran will go after him?

Total Offense: 61st (412 yards per game) Total Defense: 5th (282 yards allowed per game) These stats align with the numbers of our better teams under Ferentz. 61st for total offense isn't amazing but it's still a heck of a lot better than what we've seen the past 6 or 7 seasons.

So I knew Fant would draw NFL interest with his combination of size, speed and hands, but these mock drafts were very surprising. Maybe this isn't surprising to some of you, but I wasn't expecting the consensus to be first round pick...
