Why? My guess is you're basing it strictly on the level of competition he would play on a night in, night out basis. I think he was consistently dominant throughout the year to warrant his inclusion. I think he also put up solid numbers when he played against teams from the power conferences.

While I'm sure DSM would sell out men's tourney games, I just don't see people enjoying the area. There's little to nothing to see/do or places to eat/drink in that general area. In addition to that DSM doesn't have what I think the NCAA would be looking for in way of hotel rooms in that area...
